This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by HFM Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We do not directly collect or store personal information on our own servers. However, certain features of our apps require third-party services that may collect, process, or transmit data on our behalf. The categories of information that may be collected include:
– Device identifiers, such as Android Advertising ID, instance IDs, or anonymized device fingerprints, used to authenticate sessions, prevent fraud, and serve relevant ads.
– Approximate location (region or country level), derived from your IP address, used by ad networks and matchmaking systems to deliver region-appropriate content.
– Gameplay data, including statistics such as match wins, losses, currency balances, and in-game progression. This data is associated with an anonymous account identifier.
– Display name, a nickname you choose within the app, shown to other players in multiplayer games and on leaderboards.
– Purchase records, such as the products you have purchased and the date of purchase, as reported by Google Play.
– Crash and performance data, used to identify and fix issues.
We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or postal address through normal app usage.
Third-Party Services
Our apps integrate the following third-party services. Some apps use only a subset of these.
– Google AdMob — displays advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, usage data, and approximate location to serve relevant ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
– Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases. Receipts are validated to prevent fraud. See Google Play Terms.
– Microsoft PlayFab — backend service used for anonymous account creation, gameplay statistics, virtual currency tracking, daily quests, and leaderboards. Players are identified only by an anonymous PlayFab ID, not by personal information. See PlayFab Privacy Statement.
– Photon (Exit Games) — real-time multiplayer networking. Photon transmits gameplay events between players during multiplayer matches and provides in-game chat in supported apps. Photon may temporarily process IP addresses for routing. See Photon Privacy Policy.
– Unity Analytics — collects anonymous usage and performance data to help us improve the apps. See Unity’s Privacy Policy.
Data Storage
Some app data — such as settings, tutorial progress, and login state — is stored locally on your device and never leaves your device.
Data associated with your anonymous account, such as your chosen display name, gameplay statistics, and purchase records, is stored by the third-party services listed above on their servers. We do not operate our own backend infrastructure.
In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We receive only the purchase confirmation receipt — we never see your payment card details or billing address.
Multiplayer Features
Some of our apps include real-time multiplayer gameplay. When you participate in multiplayer:
– Your chosen display name is visible to other players in your match.
– Your gameplay actions (movement, shots, in-game events) are transmitted in real time via Photon to other players in your match.
– We do not record or store the content of multiplayer sessions.
– Some apps include in-game chat. Please do not share personal information through chat.
Children’s Privacy
Our apps are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe your child has provided personal information through one of our apps, please contact us and we will promptly remove the information from any service we have access to.
Your Data Rights
You have the right to:
– Request deletion of data tied to your anonymous account. Contact us at hfmsupportline@gmail.com and we will assist with deletion requests where possible.
– Opt out of personalized ads through your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → “Opt out of Ads personalization”).
– Manage purchase history via your Google Play account.
If you reside in the EU/EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you also have rights granted by GDPR, UK-GDPR, CCPA, or equivalents. Contact us to exercise those rights.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
